1. Who's responsible for your data

NIKS GAZ EOOD (Nicks Gas Ltd), EIK 208681570, registered seat and address of management: 205 Tsar Boris III Blvd, Buxton, 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria, is the data controller for eufastparts.com, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For any question about your data, contact info@eufastparts.com.

2. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Order details: name, delivery address, city, postal code, country, phone (optional).
• Request a Part / Corporate inquiries: whatever you tell us about the part you need, plus any photo or PDF you choose to attach.
• Payment data — handled directly by our payment processor, myPOS. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data needed to keep your cart working (stored locally in your browser).

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

• Taking and fulfilling your order — performance of a contract.
• Running your account and applying your discount tier — performance of a contract.
• Responding to a Request a Part or Corporate inquiry — steps taken at your request before a contract.
• Issuing invoices and accounting records — legal obligation.
• Understanding what parts to stock or build next, from aggregate (not individually identifying) search and inquiry patterns — legitimate interest.

4. Who we share it with

We only share personal data with the processors needed to run the Site:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles account login, in the EU.
• myPOS — processes payment. See myPOS's own privacy policy for how they handle card data.
• Vercel — hosts the website itself.
• Google Workspace — our business email (info@eufastparts.com and its aliases).

We never sell your data, and never share it for third-party advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as required by Bulgarian accounting law. Account data is kept while your account is active. Request a Part attachments are kept only as long as needed to quote and resolve your request.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct it if it's wrong;
• delete it, where we're not required to keep it (e.g. for accounting reasons);
• export it in a portable format;
• stop processing it in certain cases.

To exercise any of these, email info@eufastparts.com. If you think your rights have been breached, you can also complain to Bulgaria's data protection authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) — cpdp.bg.

7. Cookies

The Site uses only what's needed to make it work: a cart stored in your browser, and a login session if you have an account. We use privacy-friendly web analytics that doesn't track you individually across other sites.

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes.
