1. Who you're dealing with

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of eufastparts.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by NIKS GAZ EOOD (Nicks Gas Ltd), a company registered in Bulgaria, EIK 208681570, registered seat and address of management: 205 Tsar Boris III Blvd, Buxton, 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@eufastparts.com. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Products, pricing, and orders

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Two kinds of listings exist on the Site:

In-stock parts — real inventory, available to order immediately at the listed price.
Custom / made-to-order parts (including any 3D-printed or one-off sourced item) — priced individually and made or sourced only after you approve a quote. Nothing is charged before you confirm you want to proceed.

An order is placed once payment is completed at checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example if a listed item turns out to be unavailable) — in that case you're refunded in full.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through myPOS. We do not store your full card details. Corporate and regular customer accounts may receive a discount applied automatically at checkout, per the discount rate on your account.

4. Delivery

We ship across the EU. In-stock parts typically take 5–8 business days depending on destination. Custom or made-to-order parts require additional production time (usually 2–4 days) before shipping — you'll be given a specific estimate when the item is quoted. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Right of withdrawal

For in-stock, standard parts

If you're a consumer ordering a standard, in-stock item, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us at info@eufastparts.com within that period. The item must be returned unused and, where possible, in its original packaging. Return shipping cost is your responsibility, unless the item is defective or was sent in error, in which case we cover it.

Exception: custom-made and personalized parts

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalized — this includes custom brackets, adapters, replicas, and any other part built or sourced specifically for your request after you approved a quote. This is a standard exception under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) for goods that cannot be resold once made. We'll always tell you this applies before you approve a custom quote.

6. How to return an eligible item

Email info@eufastparts.com within the 14-day withdrawal period, stating the order number.
We'll confirm receipt and give you a return address.
Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. Keep proof of postage.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 14 days.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, normally within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item (or of approving the withdrawal, if no item needs to be returned).

8. Warranty

Parts sold through the Site carry the statutory legal guarantee of conformity required by EU law — goods must match their description and be fit for purpose for 2 years from delivery. If a part is faulty or doesn't match its listing, contact info@eufastparts.com and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. This is separate from, and in addition to, any manufacturer warranty a part may carry.

9. Liability

We're an independent parts supplier and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer whose equipment our parts are compatible with. We supply parts, not installation — fitting a part correctly (including any part requiring gas, electrical, or pressure-system work) is the responsibility of a qualified professional. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you're an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to raise a complaint. This doesn't affect your right to bring a claim through the courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — the “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Changes don't affect orders already placed.
